This project involved converting and repurposing  an existing warehouse into a new vehicle sales showroom and service centre for Waverly BMW in compliance with strict brand standards. Extensive conversion of the entire building and site involved vehicle show rooms, customer lounge, reception areas, sales and administration offices, workshop, parts storage, wash bays etc.
